Nintendo Switch has passed Xbox One Lifetime deliveries in less than half of the time - Nintendo Switch - Video Peel News, Instructions, Exemplary procedures, reviews and culture
The Switch has passed the worldwide delivery of the Xbox One in just 34 months.
The switch was a remarkable turn for Nintendo since the catastrophic days of Wii u, since the system has sold quite many Bonkers figures since its introduction. Recently, Nintendo has updated its hardware sales for the systems and confirms that it had sold 52.48 million units worldwide by the end of 2019.
Then the Senior Analyst of Niko Partners, Daniel Ahmad moved to Twitter to exchange more data. According to Ahmad estimates, the Switch has now delivered more units worldwide in its entire service life than the Xbox One, which means that the switch has reached the Xbox One numbers in less than half of the time (34 months to 74 months).
It is a while that in its own quarterly financial reports, Microsoft announced the actual hardware numbers for the Xbox ONE. Therefore, these are more likely to be based on estimates than on official numbers. However, in view of the impressive sales figures of the switch and the performance of the Xbox One in this generation, this is not difficult to believe.
In the meantime, Nintendo has also updated the sales figures for First Party Games on the Switch and announced some impressive figures for the 2019 titles. Take a look around here.
