Trashed, Lost & Strungout is the first EP released by the Death Metal Group Children of Bodom and published by the record company Spinefarm Records. It was recorded between March 21 and April 2, 2004 in Astia studios owned by Assi Kippo, and was released on October 25 of that same year. Apart from the EP version, it was also released as DVD.
